iBooking have worked with Fisheyes for the last 3 years to provide a reseller-based solution allowing flexibility and control of our iBooking Hotel product.

Fisheyes and iBooking have worked in partnership for the last 3 years. Based in Scotland, Fisheyes have developed expertise in the design, development and marketing of web solutions for Italian hotels. A key component of the Fisheyes solution is online booking. With around 100 hotels to manage, Fisheyes needed a powerful, flexible, multi-language solution that made it easy to accept and track online bookings.

iBooking provide the Fisheyes solution in the form of our leading-edge product for online hotel booking - iBooking Hotel. Working in partnership, iBooking developed an innovative reseller interface for Fisheyes. This allows the booking system to be completely white-labelled, allowing Fisheyes to promote their own brand to their own customers. The interface allows Fisheyes complete control over their customer accounts, and includes business tools for commission-based invoice generation, as well as reporting tools that allow accurate tracking of bookings across each hotel in the network.

The iBooking Hotel solution is added to Fisheyes customer hotels using a single line of code. Fisheyes can also customise the front-end booking screens to match the theme of each site. The admin interface also allows control over language and currency options as well as full management of rates, promotions, seasonal variations, and many other parameters that have helped to make iBooking Hotel one of the most fully featured, configurable online booking systems on the market. The reseller interface is available to any business with a portfolio of hospitality customers and operates on a shared commission model.
