The "send sms message" - Does it working for all the countries? who is charged for this?

In the reseller account there is a section for setting SMS and fax message rates. The invoice production system can track the number of messages and add this to the hotel invoice. You can opt not to charge the hotels for this if you don't want to. We charge 10p for each SMS regardless of the country.
