iBooking Hotel - Management Area
The iBooking hotel user view makes it as simple as possible for your customers to check availability and place a secure, confirmed booking. Just as important is the ability for you and your staff to manage every aspect of your booking system with confidence and ease. Our design goal was to ensure that an average hotelier could log into the system and quickly and easily manage all aspects of their profile.

	Each of these operations is achieved easily via your own secure management screen.

Display Assignments
With this screen you can instantly see booking by date and room type. Clicking on a booking shows full customer details. Clicking on the quantity allows you to change the number of rooms allocated for web sales.

Hotel Details
Here you can specify exactly how you will be notified when new bookings arrive. Just check the boxes to specify e-mail and/or fax. The default currency option allows you to state all costs in the currency of your choice - making iBooking totally flexible for use in any country.

Close-Out
One of the most common operations is to make rooms unavailable when they may be sold out through non-web sales. Just select the date to turn it red indicating that no rooms are available on this date. It couldn't be simpler.

With iBooking you can instantly setup as many promotional offers as you want. Discount specific room rates or create deals based on particular room type and meal plan combinations. New promotions can be live in just a few minutes.
