With this screen you can instantly see booking by date and room type. Clicking on a booking shows full customer details. Clicking on the quantity allows you to change the number of rooms allocated for web sales. |

Hotel Details
Here you can specify exactly how you will be notified when new bookings arrive. Just check the boxes to specify e-mail and/or fax. The default currency option allows you to state all costs in the currency of your choice - making iBooking totally flexible for use in any country. |

Close-Out
One of the most common operations is to make rooms unavailable when they may be sold out through non-web sales. Just select the date to turn it red indicating that no rooms are available on this date. It couldn't be simpler. |
