What is the fastest way to find that a reservation has been made on the back-end and see the details (including card details)

The quickest way to track incoming bookings is to have the system cc: the booking confirmation email to your email address as well as having it sent to the hotel address. This details the booking and is a helpful way to gauge volumes and revenues. The email will show everything other than full credit card details. if you ever need these [and it's likely that only the hotel would] then the full booking details are available in the "Display Assignments" section of the back office for each account. The reseller interface will allow you to access every account that you set-up.
