Is the back-end always on ibooking servers? If we become resellers and open new accounts for our customers, will their back-end be on ibooking servers?

Yes. It's an ASP solution so everything is hosted on our servers. This way you will always have access to latest features as we release them. We have an active development plan so we release upgrades and enhancements every few months. You don't need to worry about any of the technicalities of hosting. We do all that for you so you are free to focus on selling.
